Excellent but heartbreaking
I knew when I started this book that I would be an emotional mess by the end. I thought it would be a lot like the movie Beaches, that movie makes me cry every time and I usually start crying half way through. With Bloodlines I was so caught up in the story and trying to work out who done it, that it was 75% into the book before i realised and I was congratulating myself on still not crying.
The last chapter killed me, congrats to Andrea Speed for sticking to her story plan. Do I wish it finished that way, no, but if it had to, then she did it the right way for Paris.
